Tripp Hale is the owner of Hale & Doerr, LLC., a full service accounting and financial services firm located in Gulf Breeze proper for more than 30 years.

Tripp Hale is the Co-owner of Hale & Doerr, LLC., and Hale & Doerr Wealth Management (HDWM). Hale & Doerr is a full service accounting firm that prepares more than 1800 tax returns annually. HDWM is a registered Investment Advisory firm located in Gulf Breeze proper. Hale & Doerr and Hale & Doerr Wealth Management, work symbiotically to provide holistic tax and financial planning for individuals and small business owners alike.

Heather Doerr, CPA, brings over 15 years of expertise in tax, financial, and business consulting to her role as a Certified Public Accountant and Co-owner of Hale & Doerr. Licensed in Florida, Heather holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from California State University, Los Angeles, and a Master of Accounting from the University of West Florida.

Brett Birmingham, EA

Originally from Atlanta, Brett has been a part of the Pensacola community for over 10 years and a part of the Hale & Doerr team since 2019. He is currently working his way through school at the University of West Florida and plans to earn a finance degree with a masters in accounting and eventually sit for his CPA. He is an Enrolled Agent and is currently working toward his Series 6 license.
